Higher education commission Punjab issued notification No SO(ADMN)MISC.2020 dated 03-09-2021 regarding the closure of colleges and universities in following cities from 4th September 2021 to 12th September 2021 due to dangerous situation of Corona Virus in following cities.

- Gujranwala
- Sheikhupura
- Lahore
- Sialkot
- Faisalabad
- Sargodha
- Khushab
- Mianwali
- Bhakakr
- Khanewal
- Multan
- Bahawalpur
- Rahim yar Khan
The colleges and universities in other cities will function with implementing strict Covid. SOPs. Covid 19 pandemic is seriously effecting the academic activities across Pakistan . Pakistani nation should come forward and vaccinate their self as soon as possible to create herd immunity to fight this lethal pandemic.
Today National command and control center decided in meeting to implement new policies in different cities of Pakistan and Islamabad to control the prevailing situation of corona virus across Pakistan. National command and control center will call meeting on 9th September to monitor the Covid status and to decide further action plan. Hope fully educational institute will start working from 13th September all over Pakistan.
Govt. is emphasizing to vaccinate the students and teaching staff as soon as possible for smooth functioning of academic activities in whole country as fourth covid wave is quite lethal and fatal and all major cities of Pakistan are badly hit by the delta variant Covid 19 Virus.
The admissions in colleges and universities are open and after closure of institute the admission process will suffer as trainees are preparing for HEC USAT 2021 tests and MdCAT 2021 and Nums 2021 tests.
